How to stop fighting with others?

The moment you gain mastery over yourself, your thoughts, emotions, desires and the conflicts with others naturally disappear. Most external fights are distractions, a way to escape facing the inner struggle of self-discovery and self-control. These battles with others are merely projections of unresolved issues within ourselves.
Meditation plays a key role in conquering oneself. It provides clarity, helping us recognize our inner conflicts and guiding us to resolve them with compassion and understanding. When the inner war is won, peace radiates outward, and the need for external conflicts fades.
When you start meditating regularly, you see an inner transformation in you. You stop fighting with others naturally.
