What happens when you meditate more?

Meditation is a practice that feeds itself. The more you meditate, the more you experience its benefits—peace, clarity, and inner joy. This naturally creates a desire to meditate even more because you see how it positively transforms your life. It becomes a cycle of growth and well-being.
However, the opposite is also true. When you meditate less or stop meditating, you may start losing that sense of calm and connection. This can make it harder to return to the practice, as the habit weakens. Regular meditation is like nurturing a plant—it grows stronger the more you care for it. Stay consistent, and you’ll naturally find joy in the practice.
